Brief Introduction:
This robotic welding system includes two workstations, one is robotic welding workstation for farmland cultivator shell, and another is the robotic welding workstation for farmland cultivator frame. It can use MIG/MAG/CO2 and TIG, plasma arc welding method. Since the length of workpiece is long, so the robot will move on the sliding rail, and the rotating positioner will rotates the workpieces at the same time, to ensure it can weld different size of workpieces and the welds at different position. The layout of single robot and double station, the worker can do loading and unloading work at one station during the robot do welding work at another station. By properly configuring the operator, the efficiency of the system can be maximized.

Product Structure:
This robotic welding system includes long arm robot FD-V6L, mounting base, single-axis pneumatic positioners, fixtures(designed according to workpieces), robot controller, robot teach pendant, welding power source, welding gun, external control boxes and robot moving sliding rail, etc.
